Responsibilities

Script, storyboard, and direct viral videos for our image editing staff.
Manage a team of ten creators (writers and video editors).
Assist with the development of future traditional media projects (e.g., documentaries).
Post videos and interact with our audience.
Provide input on the creative direction of QOVES; both short-term (new topics, formats) and long-term (where our channel is going).

The Ideal Candidate

Creative, hard-working, and interested in beauty.
Graduate-level research experience in a beauty-adjacent field (e.g., evolutionary psychology) or direct experience in beauty (e.g., experience as an esthetician).
Proven track record of creating viral educational videos.
Experience with management.

A successful audition will be ready-to-produce, on a brand new topic, containing accurate, interesting information, written in Shafee’s voice, and featuring visuals that are fun to watch throughout.
