Retention & deletion
Your data doesn’t outlive its usefulness to you
We keep your photos and analysis data only as long as it takes to deliver and support your analysis
Photos and analysis assets are retained while your report and protocol remain active, so you can revisit results.
Request deletion at any time and we remove your photos, analysis, and report from production systems.
Encrypted backups containing deleted data are purged on a rolling cycle, so deletion requests don’t leave a lingering copy.
