The Role

We're looking for a highly strategic and hands on Reddit Manager to own and grow our presence on Reddit.

This role goes beyond posting; you'll be responsible for building credibility, driving engagement, and positioning Qoves as a trusted voice within relevant communities. You'll understand Reddit culture deeply and know how to contribute in a way that feels organic, valuable, and non-promotional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Qoves' presence across relevant subreddits
  • Create and post high quality, engaging, and platform native content
  • Identify and participate in discussions where Qoves can add value
  • Develop Reddit specific content strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities within Reddit communities
  • Engage with users, respond to comments, and build trust within the community
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align messaging
  • Ensure all activity follows Reddit guidelines and community rules

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing or actively participating on Reddit
  • Deep understanding of Reddit culture, tone, and community dynamics
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice for different subreddits
  • Experience creating engaging, discussion driven content
  • Ability to think strategically while executing day to day tasks
  • Strong research skills and awareness of online trends
  • Self starter who can work independently and take ownership

  • Experience growing accounts or communities on Reddit
  • Background in social media, content marketing, or community management
  • Interest in beauty, aesthetics, AI, or tech
  • Experience using analytics tools to track engagement and performance
