Once the Qoves Analysis report is delivered to you, you have 14 days to request a refund. Once the Surgical Recommendations add-on is delivered to you, you have 14 days to request a refund. Express delivery add-ons are non-refundable, even if Qoves Analysis and Surgical Recommendations in the same order are refundable. If you pay but do not respond to the questionnaire or you do not provide images, you have 1 year to request a refund.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of QOVES or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content without our express written permission.
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QOVES makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or the services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You and QOVES agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
